Payment Options

The City of Reidsville offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.  Please include your account # on all checks & money orders.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

Payment Through City Website

You can now pay through the city website.  Just scroll to the bottom of the page to Sites of Interest and click on PAY MY BILL.  You will redirected to the payment site.  Fill in all of the required credit/debit card information and your ACCOUNT #.  You will be prompted to enter your invoice number, however, don't be confused as this is simply your account number. You must have your account number to complete the transaction.  You will find it on your water bill.

Payment Through DOXO

DOXO is a secure all-in-one service payment tool that allows you to set up your utilities for easy monthly payment. DOXO enables secure bill payment to the City of Reidsville (GA) on your behalf. You may pay with your VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit card/debit card, with Apple Pay, or with your personal bank account. Click here to be redirected to the DOXO website to pay your bill or you can download the app and pay from their with daily reminders. Your account number is not needed as DOXO has it in their system.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Payment of City Taxes

City Taxes may be paid on our website.  Follow the directions for the water bills.  In the box for Invoice/Acct number you will put in the bill number located on the tax notice.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept check or money orders.  Please include your account # on all checks & money orders.

NO CASH IN THE DROP BOX PLEASE.  We will not be responsible for cash payments.
