Mayor Announces Resignation of City Clerk

City of Reidsville, Georgia                                                                                              March 31st, 2026

Mayor Nail announces the resignation of City Clerk, Nivea Jackson, effective March 30th, 2026.

To ensure the continued efficiency and stability of city operations, an interim city clerk will be appointed in the coming days. The city remains committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and uninterrupted service to the citizens of Reidsville during this transition. 

The process to identify and appoint a permanent city clerk will begin soon, and updates will be shared with the public as they become available.
